Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

ZubaPods Africa may offer certain products for pre-order before they are available for regular fulfillment. The estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe for each pre-order product will be clearly stated on the applicable product page.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the order has been processed or dispatched by contacting us at info@zubapods.africa with their order number.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our 30-day Return & Refund Policy.

If ZubaPods Africa is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the customer will be notified and offered an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
