SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We serve customers across Africa and other destinations that are available for shipping at checkout. Available destinations may vary depending on the product and delivery service.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery may take longer during sales, peak periods, public holidays, unusually high order volumes, courier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
Products specifically identified as Pre-Order may have a longer delivery timeframe and are not subject to the standard 10–14 business-day delivery timeframe.
The estimated delivery or dispatch timeframe for a pre-order product will be clearly stated on that product’s page. Please review the stated pre-order timeframe before completing your purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS
Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Where ZubaPods Africa is offering free delivery as part of a promotion or for an eligible destination, this will be clearly stated on the website or at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment and order verification. Once tracking becomes available, customers will receive their tracking information by email or through the applicable order-tracking service.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after a parcel has been handed to the courier.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and telephone number when placing an order.
If you discover an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the courier.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly at info@zubapods.africa with your order number and photos or other supporting information where applicable.
