Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Yes, to supported destinations where available at checkout. Free nationwide delivery applies within Nigeria. Any applicable international delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

How long will delivery take?
Standard orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days from the time of purchase. During peak sales periods, delivery may take longer. Pre-order products may have different delivery timelines; the applicable timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page and overrides the standard delivery estimate for that item.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information is provided when your order ships. You can use our tracking page to check your order status.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must meet the conditions stated in our Refund Policy. Free return shipping is provided for eligible approved returns.

How do I start a return?
Email info@zubapods.africa with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide the applicable return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
